INTRODUCTION
The Bassett Services Bryant A/C Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Indiana and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and Indiana state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Indiana or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules. The Giveaway is sponsored by Bassett Services, 706 W. Main St. Plainfield, IN 46168 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must live within the service area of Bassett Services and must own their home. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Bassett Services and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will be open for entries from July 13th, 2025, through July 19th, 2025, at the Hendricks County Fair (“Giveaway Period”). To enter, visit the Bassett Services booth at the Hendricks County Fair and complete the required registration form. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bassettservices.com/terms-conditions/.

PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of: • A new Bryant A/C (Approximate Retail Value: $10,000).

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on July 20th, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.

The potential Winner will be announced on social media and contacted by the Sponsor. If the Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within [Deadline for Winner to Respond], or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
