Bassett Services Gemstone Lights Giveaway – Official Rules

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

INTRODUCTION:

The Bassett Services Gemstone Lights Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area. The Giveaway shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and Indiana state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not meet the residency or other eligibility requirements. The Giveaway is sponsored by Bassett Services, 706 W. Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the greater Indianapolis, Indiana area who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on December 8, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 22, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

To enter, visit the Giveaway page on https://bassettservices.com/gemstone-giveaway/ and complete the entry form with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Entries that are incomplete, submitted multiple times by the same person, or do not meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a free Gemstone Lights installation for the winner’s home. Details regarding installation and customization options will be discussed with the winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about December 23, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be notified first by email and then by phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within three (3) days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES:

All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bassettservices.com/privacy-policy/.

MISCELLANEOUS:

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Sponsor concerning this Giveaway. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
