If your new system fails to keep you comfortable for the first year after installation, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we can not maintain temperature at the thermostat as dictated by the manufacturer design specifications, based on location, we will replace the system at no charge. *Continuous membership required.

We offer no surprise pricing, which means the quote you get up front is the price you’ll be paying. You can rest easy knowing there are no hidden fees or shocking numbers at the end of the job. Should additional work be required to meet the scope of work originally agreed upon, we will take that cost.

Damaged property will be repaired, replaced, or compensated for your satisfaction. Floor Savers and Hall Runners will be used on all work and traffic areas. We carry up-to-date liability and Workers’ Compensation policies for your peace of mind.

If the system/equipment we installed fails to heat or cool during the first year, within 48 hours we will diagnose the issue. Then we will fix it for free, including parts and labor. If for some reason we are unable to, we will show up with a check for $1,001 just for your discomfort and inconvenience.

You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling cost, or we will double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year. *Valid only on Deluxe or Higher Complete Systems.

Our team will arrive and begin installation of your full system on the day we promise, or we will give you $1,001 for the inconvenience.

If the compressor in your air conditioner fails in the first 5 years, the company will install a complete and new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace. *Continuous membership required.

We guarantee that the system we have installed will perform as designed. If it does not, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to make the system perform as stated, we will remove the system and return your investment. *Continuous membership required. **Through a 10-year warranty period.

If we diagnose your heat exchanger as having failed, making it unsafe to operate, and upon further inspection it is determined to be an incorrect diagnosis, a new furnace will be provided at no cost. *Identified heat exchanger failure must be inspected on-site by Installation Manager and Homeowner upon removal of furnace OR… **If a second opinion is desired by the Homeowner from a competing company, a representative from our team must be present for the second opinion.

The Apples-to-Apples Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a cheaper competitor who has the same equipment, guarantees, warranties and installation procedures. We guarantee that if you find an apples-to-apples system replacement for less than the price we charged, we will match the price and give you a check for $2,001 just for your discomfort and inconvenience.
